Dr Ollock is very personable and professional, as is his staff. He recognizes the needs of uninsured patients and does not try to UPSELL!
After a couple year lapse in visiting the dentist I knew I had to get things in order. I was already aware that I was going to need some work with a particular tooth. This was my first time meeting the team at Ollock dentistry. I had heard many good things about the establishment and am here to confirm that they are all true. I ended up in three appointments total as a root canal was required to correct part of the problem. I dreaded the thought of having this done. However, I was amazed how smoothly Dr Ollock worked through the procedure and took the anxiety out of the equation. My last appointment was a couple of weeks ago and am so happy I chose their group. Another thing to mention is the ease of billing. This is another detail I never like when going to the dentist, the miserable insurance work, file, refile fill out forms etc. I couldn't believe how simple they made this process. The receptionist lacks customer service skills. The dental hygienist was pleasant. If you have another option for a dentist I would go with it!!
